Perth Waterfront Design Guidelines Open for comment 5 Jun 2012
The Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority (MRA) Board has approved advertising of the draft Perth Waterfront Design Guidelines for public comment.

Perth Waterfront will be designed as a place for people – it will showcase the latest thinking in sustainable building, urban design and place making while ensuring that the user experience is a key focus of design across the precinct.

Together with the proposed Scheme Amendment No. 2 to Redevelopment Scheme 2, these documents will form the statutory planning framework that will guide redevelopment in the Perth Waterfront project area and ensure the precinct is developed to the highest possible standard.
