Community

Housing diversity and choice is a key element of the vision for Armadale’s redevelopment. Progressive residential development in the region over many decades, the availability of land for development and the broad range of land uses, has resulted in the creation of different areas designed to suit the needs of different segments of Perth’s housing market.

A dynamic sense of community is developing, bolstered by the establishment of a world class sporting and recreational facility at Champion Lakes, redevelopment of the City Centre and major employment node through the Business Parks of Forrestdale East and West.
