Planning Framework

The Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority has assumed responsibility for the Armadale redevelopment area.

The former Armadale Redevelopment Authority’s comprehensive Master Plan, Redevelopment Scheme, Policies and Design Guidelines for each precinct have guided all developments in the area. It worked closely with development applicants and industry experts to achieve the highest quality in design and sustainability, and ensure good returns for investors.

Before any work can take place, developers are required to submit a Development Application and gain approval from the MRA.
