Forrestdale East

The Forrestdale Business Park East is superbly located between Ranford and Armadale Roads and Tonkin Highway. The project area covers 200 hectares and is championed as a contemporary, efficient and highly functional commercial estate, characterised by high quality industrial buildings and coordinated landscaping. The site is expected to accommodate up to 700 industrial lots with potential to create more than 12,000 jobs.

The MRA, in conjunction with private landowners, has implemented a structure plan for the business park which delineates various industrial uses, identifies major road layouts and prescribes drainage in the area. To facilitate subdivision and development in this privately owned estate, the MRA is managing $55m worth of common infrastructure via a Development Contribution Scheme.

The main spine roads, sewer works and drainage have been completed enabling owners to begin subdividing. Approximately 75ha of serviced land has been released for sale.
