Forrestdale West
The Forrestdale West Business Park is a 190 hectare commercial and light industrial development that will be an important employment zone to support future population growth in Wungong and other new suburbs in the corridor.
Located adjacent to Tonkin Highway, the Forrestdale Business Park West has convenient access to other major industrial areas, including Perth Airport, Fremantle port and Kwinana. A final structure plan and Development Contribution Scheme are expected to be released in early 2013.
