At completion, MRA will have transformed 15 precincts within the Claisebrook Village project area. Most of the project is complete so only a handful of precincts remain under MRA’s responsibility. Find out more about the Claisebrook Village precincts below:
Belvidere is a cosmopolitan community combining a mix of housing and commercial development.
The Boan’s precinct is a mixed-use area, taking its name from the former Boans Warehouse on Saunders Street.
The Brown Street precinct is predominantly residential but also includes a mixture of other land uses.
Claisebrook Cove (Inlet) is the centrepiece of Claisebrook Village and has an activated water front focus.
The Claisebrook Road North precinct includes multiple land uses and provides services to local businesses and residents.
The Constitution Street precinct is a residential area with a diverse range of housing types and forms.
The East Parade precinct provides a distinctive entry point into the project area from the north.
The Plain Street precinct predominately contains residential developments, with accompanying commercial land uses.
PTA Transport Corridor is located along the northern edge of the project area and serves the infrastructure functions of the PTA.
The Riverbank precinct is a recreational public space that includes beautiful scenery, parklands and access to the Swan River.
Royal Street Central is a mixed-use precinct and the Village’s shopping hot-spot.
The Royal Street West precinct is one of the last sites to be developed within the Claisebrook Village project area.
The Silver City precinct accommodates a substantial workforce population and includes the buildings at the Lord Street end of Royal Street.
The Waterloo precinct includes the Don Aitken Centre building which is the MRWA Head Office.
