PTA Transport Corridor

PTA Transport Corridor is located along the northern edge of the project area adjacent to the rail line, includes the PTA Depot and serves the infrastructure functions of the PTA. There is also long-term potential for redevelopment of this site, should the transport infrastructure function no longer be needed. MRA supports the introduction of landscaping and other measures to reduce the visual and noise impact of transportation and associated activities on the amenity of surrounding land uses.
