Planning Framework
MRA manages all aspects of planning within East Perth Power Station. The overarching Master Plan, Redevelopment Scheme and precinct-specific Design Guidelines guide all developments within the project area and all Development Applications must be submitted and approved by MRA before any work takes place.
Our Redevelopment Scheme, Policies and Design Guidelines ensure sustainability, innovation, high quality outcomes and planning certainty for investors. We work with our development applicants and industry experts to achieve the best outcome for each place.
