The Public Jetty is a fixed jetty with floating short stay moorings attached and is entered directly from the lower eastern promenade. The jetty will be a great place for boat owners to stop for a meal or supplies on their way up or down river.
Cafes, bars and restaurants will open out to the waterfront from buildings surrounding the inlet.
Indigenous Cultural Centre is planned to be a nationally significant centre for Aboriginal culture, art and learning. Situated over the water at the southern end of William Street, the building will be a striking architectural and cultural landmark.
The Cultural Centre does not form part of the first stage of the project.

Supreme Court Gardens will become one of the city's premier outdoor event and entertainment space. It will be the ceremonial parade ground for ANZAC day services and will accommodate concerts and performances. Improvements to the Gardens are being coordinated with the City of Perth, the Heritage Council of WA and the Returned Services League.
The Perth Exhibition and Convention Centre will be integrated into the new precinct and will have direct access to hotels, bars, restaurants and shops. It will be an important attractor to Elizabeth Quay.
