Precincts
The New Northbridge Project Area has five precincts, each with their own distinct character and design structure.
Russell Square
Russell Square fosters a rich social and cultural mix through a variety of housing styles, shops, cafes and offices.
Lake Street
The Lake Street precinct was designed to complement and extend the existing Northbridge entertainment zone.
Museum Street
The Museum Street precinct supports civic, cultural and educational, mixed-use and commercial/residential uses.
Lindsay Street
The Lindsay Street precinct features a range of residential buildings, including significant heritage buildings.
Parry Street
The Parry Street precinct features offices and other commercial premises, such as showrooms, shops and educational facilities.
