New Northbridge Normalisation Results Available December 22, 2011

Stage 3 Normalisation of the East Perth Redevelopment Area is now complete following publication in the Government Gazette on 16 December 2011. Normalisation is the process by which land is removed from the Redevelopment Area and returned to the planning authority of the local government.

The areas identified in the attached EPRA Normalisation Map as Stage 1A New Northbridge has been returned to the City of Perth and land shown as Stage 1B New Northbridge has been returned to the City of Vincent.
