Precincts
Perth City Link has three precincts, each with their own distinct character and design structure.

Horseshoe Bridge Plaza
The Horseshoe Bridge Plaza will create a physical point of reference for visitors and will provide an opportunity to define the locality as a key destination of inner city Perth.
King-Lake Street
This precinct will provide an active and vibrant mix of land uses, building on the already well established retail and commercial uses of this central city area.
The Arena
The Arena precinct will be a premier visitor destination, based around the Perth Arena entertainment and sports stadium.
