Horseshoe Bridge Plaza
The Horseshoe Bridge Plaza precinct will be a physical point of reference in the Perth City Link and will provide an opportunity to define the locality as a primary destination in Perth’s CBD.
A key feature of the precinct is the City Square, a major pedestrian zone between the Perth Train Station, sunken bus terminal and William Street.
The precinct will be surrounded by office, retail, cultural and transit oriented land uses.
At street level, shops, restaurants and cafes will contribute to an interactive pedestrian experience linking the city centre with the cultural and entertainment hub of Northbridge.
Two-way traffic on the Horseshoe Bridge will link Roe and Wellington Streets.
