Investment Opportunities

Western Australia is on the cusp of a period of significant transformation, renewal, and development similar to those that occurred in the pre-Federation and Charles Court eras.  Perth Waterfront provides one of the most attractive opportunities for investment.

In December 2011, the State Government called for registrations of interest from developers for the establishment of a hotel at the site. The early call for interest is the start of a staged release of development sites to provide a mix of office, retail, residential and tourism accommodation.

The $2.6 billion Perth Waterfront is being managed under a Government Master Developer arrangement with the WA Government funding construction of public infrastructure and the creation of development sites for future development by the private sector.  An allocation of $440 million has been provided to fund public domain works which are due for completion by mid-2015.
