The Riverside project will provide a stunning entry statement into the eastern part of the Perth CBD, enhanced by a new inlet and framed by residential towers.

The CBD grid will be extended down to the waters edge, via extensions to Hay Street and the resulting development of the Waterbank precinct.

Revitalisation plans for Waterbank will take advantage of its unique location by transforming the waterfront with finger wharves and landscaped boardwalks featuring cafés, bars and tourist facilities plus a range of accommodation and commercial opportunities.

The natural high ridgeline of Waterloo Crescent will be celebrated by careful positioning of residential towers, offering views to the river and beyond.
