Precincts
Riverside has a total of eight precincts, each with their own character and design.
The Master Plan respects the development aspirations of key landowner precincts WACA, Gloucester Park and Trinity College and paramount to the project’s success is the integration of private development with surrounding areas.

Hillside
Developments in Hillside will provide unique views and the precinct will become highly sought-after real estate.
WA Police
This precinct will be developed for mixed-use featuring the heritage-listed Western Australian Police complex.
Queens Gardens
At the centre of Riverside, Queens Gardens provides a landscape refuge,visually and physically accessible from all sides.
WACA
The WACA redevelopment will be a ground breaking project marrying the State’s iconic cricket ground with exciting commercial and residential developments.
Gloucester Park
