Bishop Street
The Bishop Street Precinct is located at the western end of the Subi Centro redevelopment area and is bound by Tighe Street, Salvado Road, Hay Street and Jersey Street.
The precinct includes the popular St Ives Centro retirement village development which introduced high quality multi-level retirement housing and resort style living to the Subiaco area.
At the northern end of the precinct is the former TAFE site, which is yet to be redeveloped.
