Centro Place
Centro Place has become a focal point for Subi Centro and is characterised by a relatively intimate, village like atmosphere with a strong community orientation. Bordered by Darbon Crescent, Metters Lane, Roberts Road and Carter Lane, Centro Place caters for a mix of uses, with an extensive suite of commercial and retail business.
The housing has been designed and built to complement the history, culture and feel of the area, and includes a range of styles and sizes including two storey homes with high pitched roofs, and verandahs and balconies to enable “eyes on the street” and foster community interaction.
