The Roydhouse Street Precinct is located at the northern boundary of the redevelopment area, between Roydhouse Street and Salvado Road.
Development in the precinct included the redevelopment of former industrial premises into mixed use and residential development, providing new homes in close proximity to the Subiaco Train Station and the popular Station Square retail and dining hub. Roydhouse Street Precinct was returned to the City of Subiaco’s planning authority in 2005.
