Subiaco, also referred to as Subi Centro, is recognised internationally as one of Australia’s best urban renewal projects.
This exciting project builds on Subiaco’s rich history and cosmopolitan atmosphere, transforming former industrial land into a vibrant and sustainable mix of townhouses, apartments, parkland, commercial and retail space.

To date, 86% of the Subiaco Redevelopment Area is complete and returned to the City of Subiaco for ongoing management. Work on the remaining areas, including the Australian Fine China and the Centro North sites, continues.
