Help us identify future community facility needs

9 May 2011

What community facilities would you like to see in inner-city Perth?  Do you regularly use the sport and recreation centres, child care centres, libraries or cultural activities?

We want to hear your feedback. As part of a joint project by EPRA and the City of Perth, two community workshops have been scheduled to provide inner-city residents with an opportunity to contribute to the development of a Community Infrastructure Plan for the Perth Central Area.

Details of the workshops are:

Wednesday 25 May 2011, 6.00pm – 7:30pm
Rod Evans Centre Senior Citizens Centre
160 Hay Street (Cnr Plain Street), Perth

Thursday 2 June 2011, 6.00pm – 7:30pm
EPRA Offices
12 Lindsay Street Perth

Please note, registration is essential. If you would like to attend one of these workshops, please contact David Lanfear of Coffey Commercial Advisory on 9355 7100 or by email at AdminConsult@coffey.com.

Perth is experiencing an unprecedented period of growth as more and more Western Australians are choosing to live in inner-city areas. Both EPRA and the City of Perth are undertaking a number of projects that are building Perth’s capacity, increasing intensity and activity in the city and redefining our city and how we use it.

Your input to help us identify future community infrastructure needs is greatly appreciated.
