Latest Edition of Urbano Out Now
The latest edition of Urbano – Place in Time celebrates 20 years of EPRA and 17 years of SRA by looking back at some of the projects that have seen industrial and urban wasteland areas transformed into vibrant new communities.
We take a closer look at urban re-use and renewal – and how planners, architects and designers are thinking ‘outside the square’ in their approach to urban design and form with some striking examples from across Australia. Some of our leading academics and urban designers share their views on the benefits of inner city living and talk about the worldwide trend that is seeing people return to city living at an unprecedented rate.
Urbano is produced twice a year and distributed to businesses, cafés and retail outlets in EPRA’s Northbridge, Perth and East Perth project areas, and the Subiaco Redevelopment Authority’s Subi Centro project area.
