EPRA’s Chief Executive Officer Tony Morgan met up with ABC journalist Fleur Bainger recently to discuss the vision for the Riverside project in East Perth.
The 40-hectare project will transform the eastern gateway to Perth and create an inner city destination that people want to visit.
A new $450million Queen's Riverside development by Frasers Property Group is currently under construction and will soon provide Perth with much needed tourist accommodation.
The Riverside project will see existing icons such as the WACA, Gloucester Park and Trinity College integrated with new development to create a waterfront community and a range of entertainment, commercial and residential opportunities.
EPRA is committed to creating destinations in our city that people want to visit and providing a diverse range of places and activities that will attract people of all ages, at all times of the year.
