East Perth Redevelopment Regulations amendment

The East Perth Redevelopment Regulations 1992 have recently been amended ensure they remain current within the context of EPRA's core functions and benchmarks set by the State Government. This process has included the amendment to the Fees in relation to applications for development approval. 

The East Perth Redevelopment Regulations 2011 were published in the Government Gazette on 2 September, 2011 and are deemed operational on the day after gazettal (3 September 2011). Whilst the Regulations are now in operation, EPRA have nominated to allow a three month notice period prior to the new fees coming into effect.  The three month notice period begins 3 September, 2011 and is to be concluded 3 December, 2011.
