Forrestdale Business Park is set to become the most significant industrial hub in Perth’s south-east corridor. Major corporations are investing in the area, creating an important employment zone to support the area’s expected population growth.
Located between Ranford and Armadale Roads and sitting either side of the Tonkin Highway, the Business Park offers immediate and convenient access to the major industrial areas, Perth Airport, Fremantle and Kwinana.

Attracting major corporations like Hitachi Construction
Locally scaled retail, start ups and larger corporations.
Already more than $275m in development investment

Land uses and infrastructure
The MRA is responsible for administering the Developer Contribution Scheme, which allows for new road and service infrastructure, factoring in environmental considerations, deep sewer and power requirements.
We have been working closely with the City of Armadale and recently delivered a $12.3m upgrade of Ranford Road in Forrestdale. Ranford Road is now dual-carriageway, completing the Ranford Road and South Street connection between Fremantle and Armadale. The road upgrade will open up the area for 30,000 vehicles each day enabling an easy flow of traffic to Forrestdale Business Park.
Armadale is growing, be part of it.
Exciting opportunities for investment
Forrestdale Business Park offers opportunities for major manufacturing operations to smaller start-up businesses with easy access to Perth Airport, Fremantle and Kwinana industrial hubs.
