A place to invest
Perth City Link is one of the most significant redevelopment projects in Perth.
The unique location of the area, with public transport, road networks, pedestrian links, entertainment and other facilities, is attracting billions of dollars private sector investment to Perth and significant funding from Federal, State and local governments.
Leighton Properties has developed four sites within the Kings Square precinct at the heart of Perth City Link.
Meet the neighbours
Perth City Link will become home to thousands of residents and tens of thousands of workers. A number of major corporations and well-known brands are already involved in the project as developers or future tenants. Kings Square is already home to energy giant Shell and WA insurer HBF, as well as Nido Early School, Surge Fitness and eateries Brew Ha, Jamaica Blue and Eat House.
From lively entertainment and shopping to peaceful tree-lined promenades and gardens, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.
Perth City Link will allow more people to live and work close to the city, close to Perth Station, the new underground bus station, and the Mitchell and Kwinana freeways.
The area between Perth’s CBD and Northbridge will come to life with new residents, workers and visitors.
The place for entertainment
Perth Arena, the Northbridge entertainment precinct, Perth Cultural Centre and State Theatre Centre of WA will be joined by Yagan Square and new public spaces to create Perth’s ultimate destination for entertainment.
