Scarborough is an easy 15 minute drive from the centre of Perth and also easy to reach by bus from the city. There are lifeguard patrols, public bath and change rooms, outdoor showers and plenty of parking for your convenience.

The iconic Scarboro Surf Life Saving Club

The Scarboro Surf Life Saving Club is a fundamental part of Scarborough’s identity. The club was established in 1928 and lifesavers have rescued thousands of people since then. Scarborough Beach has played host to the Australian Surf Lifesaving Championships for a number of years, bringing an action-packed week of competition and around 5,000 lifesavers from across the country.
