Drop in to Elizabeth Quay on your way to work to clear your head and breathe deep for calm and health. 

Louise Walker from the Perth Tai Chi Academy will lead you through Chi Gung and Tai Chi from 7.15am by the Bell Tower as part of Fitness February

The 'follow me' format designed for gyms is easy and the stretching and breathing routine will be worked to suit what you need when you're there. You'll leave for work refreshed with a sense of calm and renewed energy.
