Combining people, art and live entertainment, ARTBAR presents another exciting season of international and national acts at the Art Gallery of Western Australia.

The Preatures - Thursday 20 August 2015
Following on from their breakthrough single Is This How You Feel?, which catapulted the Sydney five-piece to instant fame and No.9 in Triple J’s Hottest 100, their debut album Blue Planet Eyes is as addictive as it is ambitious. From the sultry swagger of Whatever You Want to the juicy licks of Ordinary, The Preatures show an exhilarating combination of Rock & Soul, with a brash, joyous pop heart.

Guy Pearce - Thursday 15 October 2015
Best known for his stellar film career, Guy Pearce has recently launched his music career with the album, Broken Bones. In this exclusive Perth show, Guy Pearce will join forces with Powderfinger’s Darren Middleton to share the stage in what promises to be an unforgettable show, performing songs from each other’s repertoire.

San Cisco - Thursday 29 October
After releasing their debut self-titled album to international acclaim in 2012, San Cisco return with their latest offering, Gracetown. Taking the title from the laid back coastal town in South Western Australia, Gracetown showcases a more worldly approach to life, exploring the tyranny of love, displacement, homesickness, heartache and heartbreak, via disco, funk, soul and hip hop undertones. Following on from their appearance on the Groovin The Moo tour, as well as a string of sold out shows nationally, San Cisco return to Perth for one very special appearance at Artbar. Clare Bowditch and the Royal Jelly Dixieland Band - Thursday 26 November 2015
Clare's warm vocals and generous spirit define her music. After seven albums, Clare remains one of Australia’s most loved performers. Joined by members of The Royal Jelly Dixieland Band, don’t miss what is sure to be an indulgent night of big band sounds, soulful lyrics, playful humour. (Outdoors on the Perth Cultural Centre wetlands stage)
