Champagne and Oysters with Jerry Fraser

Join the King of Oysters, Jerry Fraser, for an indulgent evening of oysters and champagne at Lot Twenty as part of Eat, Drink, Perth 2016.

Enjoy four oyster courses with intermittent canapés from Head Chef, Justin West, paired with a glass of sparkling from Laurent Perrier and Marchand & Burch.

This will be a wonderfully relaxed affair. Think an evening of casual seating, attentive service, passionate people to answer questions about the oysters, the food and spectacular sparkling, or you may simply sit back and savour the moments quietly with your friends.
