Fringe World Festival

  • Perth Cultural Centre

It’s time to go to your happy place at FRINGE WORLD Festival 2017!

Fringe is your annual opportunity to escape the everyday and find good times every night at the 31 day Festival. It’s the largest annual event in Western Australia and the 3rd largest Fringe festival in the world. This year Fringe brings 700+ events across 150+ venues and performance spaces, all over Perth metro area.

There are three amazing hubs in the heart of Perth:

  • FRINGE Central at Perth Cultural Centre
  • The Pleasure Garden
  • FRINGE at Cathedral Square

The best place to start your Fringe adventure is FRINGE Central at Perth Cultural Centre. It’s the centre of the FRINGE WORLD universe and a short stroll from the 60+ Fringe venues in Perth and Northbridge. This year there will be an entertaining program of buskers as part of the Street Pitch line-up at the PCC Screen.

A stone’s throw from Perth Cultural Centre is Perth’s favourite Fringe playground, The Pleasure Garden and for the first time FRINGE WORLD is going luxe with a new hub at the fabulous Cathedral Square precinct.

Fringe programs are on offer in Fremantle, Mt Lawley, Scarborough, Victoria Park and Leederville. There’s something for everyone at Fringe and you’re sure to find entertainment to enjoy with all your special people.

Fringe only comes round once a year, so make the most of it! You can never have too much Fringe - see as many shows as possible, hang out with all of your mates and treat yo’self to all the treats.
