What happens at the end of the 20-year term of the DCP?

There is no deadline for you to develop your land. If the MRA Scarborough Redevelopment Area ceases to exist before the 20-year expiry, the Scarborough Development Contribution Plan (DCP) will be transferred to - and administered by - the City of Stirling, without triggering a liability for payment of a cost contribution. At that point, the City of Stirling will work out future DCP arrangements.
