Our role

Our unique role means we are engaged in the full scope of a revitalisation project, including development, place management and planning regulation. This integrated approach, coupled with State Government funding, enables us to deliver sustainable economic strategies that stimulate private investment and respond to Perth’s changing needs.

Our five redevelopment areas across Perth have will attract almost $13b in investment and $3.7b in government funding.
