Calls to join prominent Northbridge heritage strip

  • Perth Cultural Centre

We are seeking buyers for five iconic, heritage-listed buildings on bustling William Street in the Northbridge area.

Our Chief Executive Officer Kieran Kinsella said the properties, recognised by UNESCO for cultural heritage conservation, enjoyed the benefits of a landmark location surrounded by well-established fashion, retail and eateries and educational and cultural institutions.

We are presenting a unique opportunity to be a part of significant growth and investment in the area including construction of Yagan Square and the new museum as well as the broader Perth City Link project, which is set to bring around $4billion in private investment to the area.

“Successful buyers will enjoy the benefits of assets with excellent connectivity and public transport amenity along with strong pedestrian activity brought about by the successful rejuvenation of Northbridge as Perth’s favourite urban entertainment and retail hub,” said Mr Kinsella.

The properties can be acquired individually or in one line and will be sold as a ‘going concern’ with almost all properties fully leased.

The award winning restoration of William Street has brought diversity to Northbridge and continues to attract investment, new industries, restaurants and businesses to the area.

Mr Kinsella said with William Street firmly secured as an eclectic dining and shopping destination in its own right, the time was right to return the buildings to the market for ongoing private sector investment.

“These properties are a celebration of heritage value and urban renewal and with over 1,200 square metres of lettable area available across the five lots presenting excellent investment opportunities supported by medium to long term rental returns.”

Offers to purchase close Monday 18 December 2017. Visit our Investment Opportunities page for more information.
