Proposed 15 Storey Mixed-Use Development

 

We invite comment on a development application received for a proposed 15 storey mixed-use development at Lot 502 (Site H Waterbank) Trinity Avenue, East Perth.  The site is located within the Waterbank Precinct of the MRA’s Riverside Project Area.

 

The application seeks approval for variations to the MRA’s Waterbank Precinct Design Guidelines, including:

  • building height - fifteen storeys up to 54.5m in lieu of the permitted six storeys up to 24m
  • residential car parking – 140 bays (1.7 average per unit) in lieu of maximum 100 bays (1.2 average per unit).
