A place to invest

Perth City Link is one of the most significant redevelopment projects in Perth.

The unique location of the area, with public transport, road networks, pedestrian links, entertainment and other facilities, is attracting billions of dollars private sector investment to Perth and significant funding from Federal, State and local governments.

Leighton Properties has developed four sites within the Kings Square precinct at the heart of Perth City Link.

Meet the neighbours

Perth City Link will become home to thousands of residents and tens of thousands of workers. A number of major corporations and well-known brands are already involved in the project as developers or future tenants. Kings Square, in the heart of the project, hosts the offices for energy giant Shell and WA insurer HBF, as well as The Learning Sanctuary, Surge Fitness and eateries Brew Ha, Jamaica Blue, Eat House, Degani and Market Grounds.
