The Cultural Centre is located between the Perth city train station and the entertainment hub of Northbridge and is bounded by Roe, Beaufort, Francis and William Streets.

Public Transport

Perth Train Station is immediately adjacent to Perth Cultural Centre. Just take the short walk over the Roe Street pedestrian bridge located at the top of the station to find yourself in the heart of things.

The Roe and Wellington Street bus stations are also in walking distance. Many Transperth buses service the area including the free Blue CAT which runs regularly seven days per week. There are Blue CAT stops at both Beaufort (stop 7) and William (stop 15) Streets.

Walk and Cycle

There’s easy pedestrian access over Roe Street, from the CBD, Perth Train Station and the Horseshoe Bridge, and street-level access from Beaufort, Francis and William Streets.

There is a comprehensive network of cycle and dual-use paths in the area and there are bike racks at the Cultural Centre and train station.


Carparking with disabled bays and lift access is available at:

  • State Library Carpark (access from Francis Streets)
  • Cultural Centre Carpark (access from Roe Street)
  • Citiplace Carpark (access from Roe Street)
