Our Wungong Urban project offers unique opportunities for a range of developers and investors.
The area will comprise new housing, infrastructure, open space and community facilities. We are the planning authority for the area, and through a $265m Development Contribution Scheme, each developer will contribute to the cost of providing such facilities and infrastructure.

Sienna Wood is located in the south-east suburbs of Hilbert and Haynes. It will be developed by Stockland to house around 6,000 people. -
The Avenue
The Avenue estate, located in Hilbert, is to be developed by PEET and will provide around 950 homes. -
Springtime
Springtime by Urban Quarter is a new development sitting in the suburb of Haynes. -
