Investing in Wungong Urban's future

Our Wungong Urban project offers unique opportunities for a range of developers and investors. 

The area will comprise new housing, infrastructure, open space and community facilities. We are the planning authority for the area, and through a $265m Development Contribution Scheme, each developer will contribute to the cost of providing such facilities and infrastructure.

    Sienna Wood

    Sienna Wood is located in the south-east suburbs of Hilbert and Haynes. It will be developed by Stockland to house around 6,000 people.

    The Avenue

    The Avenue estate, located in Hilbert, is to be developed by PEET and will provide around 950 homes.
