We invite comment on a development application for a 32 storey mixed use development and 23 storey hotel at Lot 9001 (proposed Lots 2 and 3A) Wellington Street, Perth. The site in adjacent to the Perth Arena in the our Perth City Link project area.

The application proposes the following:

  • a 32 storey building on Lot 2, in lieu of 16 storeys permitted under the Perth City Link Design Guidelines. The building incorporates café/restaurant and shop uses to the ground floor, with office, car parking and residential apartments to upper levels; and
  • a 23 storey building on Lot 3A, in lieu of 16 storeys permitted under the Perth City Link Design Guidelines. The building incorporates a hotel and associated amenities, a restaurant/cafe and car parking
