FORM and MRA have partnered to deliver the three day Art in Chinatown program between April 15 - 18 as part of PUBLIC 2015: Art in the City.

Chinatown will be transformed into an open air street-art gallery with local, national and international artists converting the walls and spaces in Chinatown into urban art pieces. The art will focus on various locations within Chinatown and its laneways, including Nick’s Lane.

Merging the liveliness of Chinatown’s commerce and culture with the freshness of contemporary art, PUBLIC: Art in Chinatown aims not only to add enjoyment to the visitor experience, and value to business opportunities, but also strengthen the area’s unique atmosphere for the benefit of the local community.
