Celebrate the Chinese New Year - Year of the Monkey - at Elizabeth Quay.

Lion dances are a familiar colourful sight during Chinese New Year, the most festive holiday of the year celebrated by the Chinese community. The Chinese New Year celebration promotes Chinese culture by sharing the joy and festivities together with the wider community. As part of these celebrations, lion dancers will perform for 15 minutes near Spanda this Friday evening followed by the Light and Laser Show at 8pm.
