Hosted by Tyare, fitness instructor and mother of three children with autism, this event aims to raise awareness of Autism whilst highlighting the importance of self-care and finding 'me-time'.

Parents, carers, families, people with disability and the wider Perth community are encouraged to dress in their blue fitness gear (the official colour of Autism Awareness) and enjoy an easy to follow, high-energy dance workout beneath the Perth Bell Tower.
