Get your blood pumping at lunch time with Goodlife Health Club's circuit fitness training every Monday and Tuesday as part of Fitness February.

Meet Goodlife's personal trainers Cameron and Luke on the lawn by the Bell Tower at Barrack Street Jetty where they will take you through 45 minutes of ultimate fat burning. Don't forget your towel and water bottle too.

All classes are free and each class has a maximum of 20 participants.
