Join Happy Healthy Hoops on the lawn at Barrack Street Jetty on Tuesdays for a great full body workout as part of Fitness February.

Hooping has positive effects on your body and mind and is brilliant fun to boot. Bring your own water bottle, towel and hoop if you have one - otherwise there are 20 hoops available for you to have a go.

Spaces are limited and bookings are essential through the Happy Healthy Hoops website.
