RTRFM and the Perth Theatre Trust are proud to present the Courtyard Club series at the State Theatre Centre of WA Courtyard.

The eight-week, free series of events will see RTRFM take over the space from 5pm every Friday. Taking you from afternoon into night is a live broadcast of RTRFMʼs signature afternoon program Drivetime, followed by by sets from some of Perthʼs most exciting live acts and RTRFM DJs.

Opening Courtyard Club is nationally renowned doom pop goddess Abbe May, with support from Big Splash 2014 competition winners Hideous Sun Demon. WAM‘s own Claire Hodgson and DJ Holly Doll from RTRFM programs Rock Rattle and Roll and Burn the Airwaves will keep the party going strong until 10pm.

Snacks and beverages will be available to purchase at the pop-up bar, and the venue will undergo a springtime transformation, making Courtyard Club a very special place to spend your Friday nights.

The series aims to bring live music to the State Theatre Centre on a regular basis and showcase the musical talents of a diverse array of West Australian acts and RTRFM DJs. Enjoy free Friday nights under the stars, and start your weekend right with Courtyard Club.
