Celebrate International Yoga Day with three free yoga sessions in the Perth Cultural Centre.

Let our professional and experienced teachers help you to reenergise for the rest of the day with these short but sweet classes that will leave you feeling renewed with a sense of calm and focus. The morning and lunchtime sessions will run for 45 minutes while the mums and bubs session will be 30 minutes.

7:30am – Morning Express Yoga Session with Amanda Noga (Yoga Alchemy)
10:00am – Mums and Bubs Yoga Session with Samantha Briatico (Pop Up Yoga on Beaufort)
12:30pm – Lunchtime Express Yoga Session with Stuart Watkins (Stuart Watkins Yoga)

Come and meet the crew from Lululemon and after the event grab a drink from Polly or Livingstone’s Urban Jungle who will have special discounts for participants.

Whether you are newbie to yoga or looking to deepen your regular practice, we can all use the activity to heal the body and open the mind.

Don't forget to bring your own yoga mat and towel to the session.
