Get ready for an adventure through time as we explore the exciting world of dinosaurs at the Discovery Zone. Cranky carnivores, huge herbivores and massive millipedes are just some of the colourful characters we’re going to meet along the way.

Join the Western Australian Museum’s expert explorers as they help your children become junior Palaeontologists. Our eight week program is packed with games, stories and craft, is linked to the Early Years Learning Framework and will see children investigate the prehistoric world using real museum objects and scientific methods.

Dinosaur Discovery: Lost Creatures of the Cretaceous

Get a closer encounter with the most extraordinary creatures to ever walk the earth at Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre until 28 January. Featuring 23 moving, life-size animatronic models of the Cretaceous period (145-66 million years ago), it’s an amazing experience for all the family. Visit the WA Museum's website for more details.
