So what do you get when you combine live jazz and hip-hop? A killer live show with an 18 piece big band, 5 hip-hop artists, DJ and vocalists!

With heavy beats, big boss brass and lyrical rhymes the WA Youth Jazz Orchestra will bring the house down for audiences in their first performance of the year.

WAYJO will bring together a huge live hip-hop show featuring five of Australia’s top emerging MCs: Coin Banks, Silvertongue, Marksman Lloyd, Hyclass and Alex Ford. The Premiss Collective is a project created by WAYJO alumni Brendan Grey, showcasing original hip-hop with a live band, horn section and vocalists. This collaboration will display the power and versatility of the big band. The performance is supported by the Perth Theatre Trust.
