The team at Wheat St will teach you the finer points of creating their signature ricotta gnocchi at this demonstration, along with some options for simple and delicious sauces to recreate at home.

What you will learn:

  • The art of making delicious ricotta gnocchi and simple seasonal sauces to impress your friends and whip up for the family.

  • Glass of wine or beer on arrival with antipasto for entrée to enjoy during the demo.
  • 45 minute cooking demonstration with printed recipe instructions.
